The service

TimberSentry searches historical satellite and aerial imagery and provides automated, qualitative screening of visible or spectral land change. Availability and quality vary by location, date, cloud cover, season, resolution, and source.

The service is not a survey, appraisal, environmental assessment, certification, field inspection, legal opinion, or determination of ownership, cause, intent, or legality. Confirm important decisions with original records and qualified professionals.

Your responsibilities

You must be authorized to submit boundaries, files, and other data; provide accurate information; and use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with, exploit, scrape abusively, bypass controls, or violate another person’s rights.

You are responsible for deciding whether a report is suitable for your purpose and independently verifying findings before making financial, legal, environmental, or operational decisions.

Orders, payment, and delivery

Prices and currency are shown before confirmation. Square processes payments. A valid coupon may complete an eligible order without a card; coupons may have their own limits, expiration dates, and conditions.

Processing may take hours and depends on third-party sources and systems. We send access to the email you provide. You must save files before the deletion deadline shown in My Reports.

We honor cancellation, refund, and cooling-off rights required by applicable law. Contact us promptly about a duplicate charge, failed delivery, or material defect so we can investigate and correct it.

License and intellectual property

After payment or authorized coupon use, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the delivered report for personal or internal business purposes and share it for the related property purpose. You may not resell the service, remove notices, copy the platform, or represent a report as a TimberSentry certification.

The platform, brand, software, and report presentation belong to TimberSentry or its licensors. Public imagery, maps, and records remain subject to the source terms and attribution identified in the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service and third-party data are provided as available. We do not promise coverage for every year, error-free or perfectly accurate results, a particular outcome, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for decisions made without independent verification; our total liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These Terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights or liability that law does not permit us to limit.

Suspension, changes, and applicable law

We may suspend access for security risk, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. We may update the service or these Terms and will give notice of material changes when legally required.

Applicable law governs without depriving consumers of mandatory protections where they live. Before filing a dispute, email [email protected] so we can try to resolve it; courts and authorities available under applicable law remain available.
